  • Maintenance of accounting records on monthly, quarterly or yearly basis.
  • Preparing periodic management accounts and annual financial statements in accordance with the relevant accounting standards and statutory requirements.
  • Liaising and coordinating with the company’s auditors in carrying out annual audits and facilitating and ensuring the audit is completed on time.
  • Setting up and implementing accounting and internal control systems.
  • Managing client’s funds and operations of bank accounts.
  • Arranging and effecting relevant payments or deposits.
  • Maintenance of fixed assets register.
  • Preparing cash flow and profit projections.


  • Computing monthly payroll of the company and providing monthly salary schedule.
  • Computing overtime payment, deduction and various allowances on a monthly basis as per the client’s instruction.
  • Preparation of individual pay slip for each employee.
  • Arranging of remittance of the company’s monthly contributions to Employees’ Provident Fund (EPF), Social Security Organisation (SOCSO) and Inland Revenue Department.
  • Administering registration and/or de-registration for new hire or termination.
  • Routine liaisons with the relevant government authorities such as the EPF Board, SOCSO and Inland Revenue Department.
  • Submission of returns to Inland Revenue Board, EPF Board and SOCSO Board.
  • Annual filing of Form E to Inland Revenue Department and issuance of Form EA to employees.
  • Provision of advisory services on the requirements of the Malaysian Employment Act, 1955
